Quality Assurance
Quality is of paramount importance here at SS ETE Transformers. A full fledged testing facility with all the latest testing equipments forms the part of total quality management system. All the tests conducted at our workshop are as per the IS 2026-1981 and BIS standards. Highly intensive tests are undertaken to confirm their quality like turns ratio test, DC resistance test, Separate Source Voltage Test (SSVT), Inter Turn Over Voltage Test (IOVT), Oil Breakdown Voltage Test, etc.
Raw materials are chosen after careful research and consideration. These materials include CRGO, windings, insulators, oil, assembly & tanking, etc. They are sourced from highly reliable sources and used only after complete tests reveal that they are fit for use.

SS ETE Transformers enjoys an impeccable infrastructural setup having a capacious production unit allotted by Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation(APIIC), at Plot No: 'B', Phase-I, IDA, Pashamylaram, Medak District. The production unit is replete with all the modern machines of the latest technology.
These state-of-the-art machines ensure continuous flow of high quality transformers throughout the production process. We also possess a fully equipped warehouse that has the capacity to stock any amount of products to feed the bulk demand in an organized manner.
